These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Manager Fantasy Basketball ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Manager Fantasy Basketball mobile application and website.

By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the App.

2. Age Restriction

The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

5. Fantasy Basketball Contests and Competitions

Our App may include various fantasy basketball contests and competitions. By participating in these contests, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines specific to each contest.

In jurisdictions where fantasy sports contests with cash prizes are regulated or prohibited, we will only offer free-to-play contests. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws and regulations before participating in any contests.

• Using any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the App
• Using the App to advertise or offer to sell goods and services

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
